Lauren is the Director of Social Performance at Kosmos Energy. Overseeing the rollout of the KIC, she is responsible for corporate strategy and programs related to social investment, human rights, local content, social impact management, and community engagement. She has worked on sustainability and human rights issues for the past decade, including posts at Chevron, Ann Taylor, the Earth Institute, and the Fund for Peace.
